If digital products or paid SaaS services are offered, they are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.

Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments or verified technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved.

Subscriptions
If subscriptions are offered, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing only and does not automatically refund the current period.
